Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@customunik.com

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Digital products
  • Sale/clearance items

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
