1. Free Shipping (United States Only)

We are excited to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all orders delivered within the United States. No minimum purchase is required to qualify for this offer.

 

2. Delivery Time Estimates

Since our products are custom-made or personalized specifically for you, each order requires time for both production and delivery.

  • Standard Delivery Time: Usually 5-7 business days (this includes both processing and transit time).

  • Orders are processed and delivered on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for our artisans to perfect your order.

 

3. Order Tracking (Included for Every Order)

We believe transparency is key to a great shopping experience.

  • 100% Trackable: Every single order placed on our website comes with a unique tracking number.

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking link as soon as your package leaves our facility. You can monitor your package's journey from our workshop to your doorstep at any time.

 

4. International Shipping

For our international customers outside of the United States:

  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Customunik is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

 

5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. If you realize there is an error in your address, please contact us at support@customunik.com immediately. We will do our best to update it before the package is shipped.

 

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Customunik (operated by Gia Hung Ltd) will assist you with any necessary information to support your claim.
