Return & Refund Policy

At Customunik, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help make things right. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase

 

2. Non-Returnable Items (Customized Products)

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned. Because our core products are personalized and custom-made specifically to your preferences, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any customized items. The only exception is if the product arrives defective or damaged due to our manufacturing process or shipping.

 

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order thoroughly upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. We may require photographic evidence of the damage to process your request quickly.

 

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that custom items cannot be exchanged unless defective.

 

5. Return Process & Shipping

To start a return, please contact our support team at doanbrothers@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
