For all orders, including our personalized and custom-made items, payment is required in full at the time of checkout.

  • Custom Items: Production of your personalized piece will begin only after your payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email serving as your digital receipt.

 

5. Order Verification & Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, all orders are subject to a verification process. We reserve the right to flag or cancel any transaction that appears fraudulent or unauthorized. If your order is flagged, we may contact you for further verification before processing the shipment.

 

6. Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied to your order where applicable by law, based on the shipping destination. The final total, including taxes and any shipping fees, will be clearly displayed before you confirm your payment.
